1 General Introduction

3 Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email, and date of birth. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited balance.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 999 bt support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time. However, any active bonuses or ongoing bets at the time of closure will be considered void. The account closure process will only be completed after any balance has been withdrawn.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 999 bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash — wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless stated otherwise in the terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified time limit. Expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

999 bt regularly offers various weekly and special promotions, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket season special offers, birthday rewards, and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and specific time limits, which will be stated in the promotion details.

6 Gaming Rules and Betting Terms

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets in sports betting will be settled according to the applicable rules. If a match is cancelled, bets are generally considered void and the stake is returned. However, 999 bt's settlement rules will apply in cases of partial results.

6.2 Casino Games

The RTP and rules set by the game provider apply to all casino games. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned. Attempting to exploit game errors or bugs for an unfair advantage may result in account cancellation.

6.3 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

13 Service Suspension or Cancellation

999 bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account in the following situations:

• By direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Suspicious transactions indicating money laundering.

Before cancelling an account, the user will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance; however, immediate cancellation may apply in serious cases of terms violation.

14 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and any disputes relating to 999 bt's services will be resolved in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Users are themselves responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own country.
